1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• If a service is not delivered as described or agreed upon.

   

• If there are errors or defects in the final product that are not aligned with the approved proofs.

   

• If an order is canceled before production has started.

   

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Changes requested after the customer has approved the final design or print.

   

• Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences that were communicated after project approval.

   

   

2. Refund Request Process

• Requests should include order details, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (e.g., images of defective prints).

   

• All refund requests will be reviewed by our team to determine eligibility.

   

3. Refund Turnaround Time

• Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within [3-5] business days.

   

• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, or payment gateway).

   

• Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

   

4. Partial Refunds

• In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of the service is impacted.

   

• The final refund amount will be communicated to the customer before processing.
